  • What are the standard sizes (XS, S, M, L,) measurements? 

XS: 3.6.5.7.9

S: 2,5.4.6.9

M: 1.5.4.6.8

L: 0.4.3.5.7

Conversions: 0=18mm, 1=17mm, 2=16mm, 3=15mm, 4=1mm, 5=13mm, 6=12mm, 7=11mm, 8=10mm, 9=9mm 

  • How to find my correct nail sizes? 

To find the best fit for your nails you can purchase our custom sizing kits.

  • How to measure my nails using measuring tape?   

If you aren't purchasing our custom sizing kits, you can use a measuring tape to get your sizes. Measure from each side of your nail in millimeters(mm). Write down measurements and use our sizing guide conversions to find correct sizes. Make sure to measure both hands as your left and right are sometimes different. If in between sizes always go with the larger size.

You could also use clear tape by placing a piece on the widest part of your nail from side to side. After that you should mark each side of your nail with a pen or marker. Remove the tape and use a ruler to measure the distance between using millimeters. If in between sizing always go with the larger size.

  • What if I'm in between sizes?

Always go with the larger nail size

ORDERING& CUSTOMIZATION: 

  • Can I mix and match shapes, colors, designs? 

Yes, you can customize your nail set by ordering our "Haus experience" set. This set includes all custom designs from shapes, lengths, color, inspiration ideas, occasions, etc. 

  • Are the nails reusable? 

Yes, with proper care and removal you can reapply them multiple times.

  • How to properly remove nails for reuse? 

Soak your nails in a bowl of warm soapy water for 15-30 minutes. Use your cuticle stick to gently loosen up the nail around the cuticle area.

*Tip: Apply cuticle oil to help loosen nail glue*

  • What is included in each set?

You will receive your press on nails with an application kit and application card. Each kit includes a cuticle stick, alcohol pads, nail file, nail glue, and nail tabs. 

  • How long do they typically last? 

For the longest wear (1-2 weeks) please follow application cards for best adhesion.

  • How long does it take to process my order? 

Each set is hand crafted so please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. 

  • How long is shipping?

Shipping and delivery are 1-2 weeks.

  • Is expedited shipping available?

Yes, add this when checking out to receive orders in 1-2 weeks. 

  • How far in advance should I place my order to receive by the date I want to wear them? 

Please place order 3 weeks to a month in advance just to be sure you receive your order before special occasions.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

  • Are exchanges accepted? 

No, if you order the wrong size, please contact as soon as possible to change or alter your order before processing has started. If you receive the wrong set, damaged nails, or defective parts please contact for store credit. 

  • Are returns accepted? 

Returns are available up to 7 days after your order is delivered. They must be unopened; the packaging must be intact. Please contact within 7 days about order. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless items were made with errors.
